FAQ
Merchant FAQs
How does pricing and commission work?+
There are zero upfront or monthly subscription fees. You decide the discounted price of each bundle. Fresh2Go only earns a modest service commission on completed, collected orders.
What packaging should we use?+
You can use your store's regular takeaway boxes, paper bags, or eco-friendly packaging. The customer picks up the food pre-packaged at your counter.
How do we handle uncollected bundles?+
Because customers pay digitally in advance, your sale is already secured. If a customer fails to arrive within the pickup window, your revenue remains protected according to the merchant terms.
Can we adjust our listings day by day?+
Yes! You have 100% control. On days with surplus, you can list in under 60 seconds from your phone. On days without surplus, you don't have to list anything.
