Food safety.
Fresh2Go does not take possession of food during the pilot. Suppliers retain ownership and food-safety responsibility up to the moment of pickup — exactly as with any other sale from their premises.
All participating businesses must operate within existing Zambian food-safety regulations, maintain standard storage and hygiene practices, and sign the Fresh2Go Service Agreement before their first listing.
How we make money.
During the pilot, Fresh2Go earns revenue solely through a service commission on completed transactions. No listing fees. No subscriptions. No onboarding costs.
Payment remittances are instant; they are segregated between the suppliers and Fresh2Go.
Privacy & data.
We collect transaction and basic consumer identification data, used only for transaction processing, dispute handling, and aggregate analysis. No consumer data is sold or shared with suppliers beyond what is required for pickup verification.
